I'd think that would keep 'em on the run instead of in hiding. A roach on the run is easier to kill than a roach in hiding. Been some talk lately about allowing the Taliban a seat at the table. Makes sense to me. After all, a good portion of the Afghan population seems to support them. What do you think, cman? Your bandwidth is a little broader than mine.
